Smriti Mandhana, the opener for India’s women’s cricket team, is one of the best players on the squad and is known for giving opponents a tough time with her batting.

Mandhana hit 136 runs in 120 balls in India’s second One-Day International against South Africa at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. On Sunday, Mandhana hammered 117 off 127, including 12 boundaries and one six.

Mandhana’s seventh ODI century moves her up to tenth place in the all-time list of 50-over centuries. Meg Lanning, a former Australian captain, continues to lead the list with 15 tons.

Among other things, Mandhana’s 136 runs in 120 balls was her career high, and she scored her eighth ODI century in just 84 innings. In 2018, she scored a 135 against South Africa. Mandhana’s 136 is also her greatest score for India in a women’s one-day international at home.
