RB Innovate LLP ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit https://www.cricketsutra.com (the "Site") and use its features, including Google login and cricket mini-games ("the Service"). By using the Site or Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.
RB Innovate LLP acts as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA) in respect of personal data collected directly from users of the Site.
CricketSutra does not require you to create an account to use the Site. Where you choose to sign in using your Google account, we collect only your name and email address from Google solely to create and manage your account. We do not collect your address, phone number, or any other personal details beyond what Google provides during authentication.
To improve the responsiveness of the Site, we may use cookies or similar technologies to assign each visitor a unique session identifier, allowing us to understand how users interact with the Site. Unless you voluntarily identify yourself (for example, by signing in), we have no way of linking cookie data to you personally. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies; however, some features of the Site may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.
Our web servers automatically collect limited technical information about your connection to the Internet, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This information is used to deliver the Site to you, maintain the security and performance of our systems, and understand aggregate traffic patterns. IP addresses are not used by us to directly identify individual users.
Analytics and Session Recording: We use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated, anonymised data about how users interact with our Site, including pages visited, session duration, device type, and general geographic location. We also use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioural analytics tool that records mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling patterns to help us improve the user experience. Microsoft Clarity may capture replays of user sessions in anonymised form. Neither tool is used to identify you personally. You may opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Where you choose to sign in using your Google account, we receive only your basic profile information (name and email address) from Google solely for the purpose of creating and managing your account. We do not request or access your Gmail inbox, emails, or any other Google service data beyond what is necessary for authentication.
Mini-games available on the Site — including Batting Challenge, Run Chase, Cricket Trivia, and the Ball-by-Ball Prediction game — do not require account registration. Scores, streaks, and game progress are stored locally in your browser session only and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. We do not collect or retain any personally identifiable gameplay data. Aggregate, anonymised gameplay statistics (such as total balls bowled across all users) may be collected for product improvement purposes.
We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements on our Site. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to our Site and/or other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Such sites are governed by their own privacy policies, which are beyond our control. Once you leave our Site, any information you provide is subject to the privacy policy of the operator of that third-party site. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
We use the personal information you provide or that we collect for the following purposes:

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted (TLS) data transmission, encryption at rest where applicable, access controls, firewalls, and regular reviews of our data handling practices.
While we strive to protect your personal information, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the Internet. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you within a reasonably practicable time in compliance with the DPDPA and other applicable law.
